absolutely not the luxurious experience that I expected, with almost lukewarm water in my shower. also, the staff could barely speak English and seemed annoyed I didn't speak Polish, not very welcoming if you ask me. The location was perfect, with stunning views from the balcony that were simply breathtaking! We had a great time at the breakfast buffet, it had everything from pancakes to fresh fruit, and you could feel the hospitality from staff, which made mornings enjoyable.
